FAQ
Still have questions??
These may help!
Feel free to reach out to us through the contact page as well.
Will CCS offer transportation services for students?
Yes! Our partners at Grace Bible Camp and Goshen Baptist Church have generously offered us two busses to help accommodate our parents. Our tentative pickup location will be Tractor Supply in Lexington, pending appropriate permissions.
Is CCS fully accredited?
The accreditation process takes approximately 2 years to complete. We plan to enroll and begin that process immediately and be fully accredited before our first group of students reaches High School.
What makes CCS different from a "Co-op?"
CCS is a fully functioning school with certified teaching instructors in each of our classrooms K-7. We have a tailored curriculum designed to give students an enriched academic experience that can't come strictly from a single textbook or program. Rather than a self-paced approach with an individual acting as a facilitator, our teachers provide instruction to students daily and tailor their teaching strategies to meet each student's needs.
How is CCS affiliated with New Beginnings Christian Church?
CCS is a ministry of New Beginnings. In opening this school, we are following God's lead and the Great Commission to "make disciples." Our desire is to see every child that enrolls impacted by the Gospel, and taught to thrive in both education and their spiritual life.
Do I have to be a member of New Beginnings to enroll my child?
No! We are partnering with families all over the surrounding area and counties to offer this ministry to any who share in our mission and vision.
